Online Education

Online Course Offerings

Online learning simply means learning through remote methods outside the traditional "bricks and mortar" classroom. Teachers create virtual classrooms, offering the same high-quality learning experience and even some advantages over the traditional course.

American University Washington College of Law offers the following online learning programs. Online courses are also listed in the Registrar's Schedule of Courses and are differentiated from other course formats using a code. An "E" designates a fully online course, while a "B" designates a blended course with some face-to-face sessions.
