It’s a game changer. The Meltzer Center, AU’s newly opened athletics and recreational facility, features innovative sustainability design, expanded student support spaces, and championship-grade athletic venues.
Located in the heart of campus, the building represents the culmination of AU’s historic $109 million investment in student thriving. AU’s first net-zero and LEED Platinum–certified building, the Meltzer Center uses onsite renewable energy, advanced water conservation, and eco-friendly materials to produce 100 percent of its annual energy needs.
