Executive Branch

The Executive Branch shall serve as the administrative body of RHA, carrying out policies, and working to carry out programming and events with the purpose of fulfilling the mission of community building. The RHA Executive Branch shall be comprised of the President, the Vice President of Community & Advocacy, the Vice President of Engagement & Administration, the Vice President of Social Programming, the Vice President of Inclusive Excellence, the Director of Operations, the Director of Communications, the Director of National Communications and the Assistant Director of National Communications.

Alex Pinkham

Hi everyone!! My name is Alex Pinkham and I'm so excited to be serving as your president for the 2025-2026 year. I am a CLEG major with a minor in Spanish. I was born and raised in Georgetown, Maine, a small coastal fishing community. Before serving as President I worked as VPEA for the Executive Board. I am so excited to be working with RHA again this year and hope to serve you all well.

Maya is a sophomore from Hampstead, Maryland, majoring in Business and Entertainment with a self-designed specialization in film and theatre. This is her second year with RHA, and when she's not busy social programming, she is likely exploring DC, doing business for The Eagle, or yo-yo-ing.

Hi! I’m Alexa and I am a sophomore at AU, double majoring in Psychology and Public Health! Outside of RHA, I’m heavily involved with AULULAC, where I’ve helped organize events that support and uplift the Latinx community on campus. In my free time, I love hanging out with friends, walking my dogs when I’m home, and trying new things around DC. I’m passionate about making sure everyone feels seen, supported, and connected in their residential experience.

Hey y'all!! My name is Ava Pektor and I will be your Assistant Director of National Communications for the 2025-2026 year. I am a Justice, Law and Criminology major with a minor in Psychology. My current on campus involvement includes the Executive Board for AU Club Swim and Greek Life with Delta Gamma. I am so excited to further my participation on campus by now being involved with RHA! Can't wait to see where this year takes us.

My name is Caroline Smith and I am a junior studying Data Sciences for Justice, Law, and Criminology with a minor in SIS. I am originally from Warrenton, VA, and in my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, exploring DC, and watching TV. I look forward to continuing to contribute to student life here on campus as it will be my third year with RHA!

Hi, my name is Madeline, I’m a second year student from Philadelphia, PA. On campus I am on the e-board of the club swim team, an editor and contributor for the undergraduate law review, a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, a lifeguard, and now the director of communications for RHA! I am very excited to bring my experience in leadership and digital media to represent the student body and improve the on-campus residence experience.
