The Sine Institute Innovative Communication Certificate Program provides an opportunity for students to get involved with the Sine Institute while building and honing their skills in strategic communications. 

To earn the certificate, students will be required to earn 7 "points" throughout the fall 2025 semester. Different tasks, such as graphic design, social media, media research, and logistics and support will be worth different point values. One of the points must be an event point, which the students will receive for attending at least one Sine Institute event in the fall.

7 point system: Sine team members will do an initial interview with each participant to discuss their plan to get to the 7 points upon their application. Earners are required to have 3 points by the beginning of Fall Break (October 10th, 2025), at which time the Sine team will check in with them again about their program and plans to complete it. Participants will also be required to complete a brief online reflection form at the end of their 7 points.
