CareFirst Premier CareFirst BlueChoice Advantage

CareFirst BlueChoice Advantage (CareFirst Premier, formerly PPO) offers you the flexibility and freedom to choose from both in- and out-of-network providers. CareFirst Premier does not require you to designate a primary care provider (PCP) or to obtain a referral to see a specialist. 

Express Scripts drug coverage is included with your cost for the CareFirst Premier medical coverage.
