Dear AU Community,

Your 2025 Form W-2 is now available electronically in Workday. To view and print your  W-2, sign on to Workday at workday.american.edu:   

  1. Click on the left-hand navigation MENU   
  2. Select Benefits and Pay   
  3. Select My Tax Documents  
  4. Under Tax Year, you will see all available W-2 forms listed by year.    
  5. Under Employee Copy, click the link to access the document for viewing, downloading, and printing.  

For more information about printing, please see the View and Print W-2 job aid.  

Employees who did not opt out of paper delivery will have copies mailed by January 30; however, the electronic version is available in Workday now.
