Hours
The AU Museum and store are open Wednesday–Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., except during exhibit installations.

The Art Department and Performing Arts Department main offices are in the Katzen Rotunda, room 101.
Open Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, as well as select Saturdays, 9:00 to 2:00, during the spring and fall for tours and info sessions.

The Katzen Arts Center's underground garage is located off Massachusetts Avenue. Use the PayByPhone app with code 4882 (download for iPhone or Android, or use PayByPhone website) or the self-service kiosks located on each parking level. See PayByPhone instructions.
Public Transportation
The closest Metro station is the Tenleytown/AU stop on the red line. From the Metro, you can take the AU shuttle bus to Katzen from the corner of Albemarle and 40th Street. Buses run every 10-15 minutes and all routes (Blue, Red, and Green) serve Katzen.
Metrobus routes:
- D96 passes the Katzen on Massachusetts Ave.
- C81 and D90 pass the Katzen on Nebraska Ave. at Ward Circle
