Disability Law Society

The Disability Law Society works to create an open, sustainable and accessible environment for students to raise awareness of and advocate for disability rights in the Washington College of Law (“WCL”) community, the neighboring community, the legal profession, and society at large. In realizing its purpose, the DLS will organize and coordinate disability-related and outreach activities.

Participation in our organization and its AUWCL events is open to all members of the AU community, regardless of background. Our events, programs, and activities are inclusive and do not restrict participation based on personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
