Applying to CEED

Quick facts for prospective students applying to The Community Economic and Equity Development Law Clinic.

  • The Community and Economic Development Law Clinic will be offered as a one-semester clinic in 2026-2027.

  • Students receive 3 credits for seminar and 4 credits for case work.

  • CEDLC is open to second and third year JD students.

  • Students who have not taken either Business Associations or Law of Nonprofit Organizations must take at least one of those classes as a co-requisite while in Clinic.

  • CEDLC has a mandatory orientation, usually during the week before fall classes start.
