Bio
Paul Gelpi is an Adjunct Senior Professorial Lecturer and teaches SISG765 Planning, Forecasting, Decision-Making. He is a Professor of Military History and the War Studies Department Head at Command and Staff College, Marine Corps University. He is a US historian whose current book on General O.P. Weyland, the US Air Force, and the early Cold War US military experience is nearing completion. He has, as well, published articles, essays, encyclopedia entries, and scholarly reviews on U.S. and military history; and presented papers at conferences and lectured in the United States and abroad.
