- Francesco oversees Solutions Engineering, the team responsible for evaluating, designing, developing, integrating and maintaining enterprise software applications in support of the business needs of the University, including the ERP, the web content management system, the myAU portal, and the ServiceNow platforms. Francesco has extensive experience in software application development and management of IT at higher education institutions. Areas of expertise include an extensive suite of web and mobile technologies, integration platforms and process automation, identity management, cybersecurity, high availability systems, disaster recovery, knowledge management, data warehousing and business intelligence. Recent interests include decentralized social applications and blockchain technologies.
