Jaime Miller Hurst Senior Professorial Lecturer CAS | Mathematics and Statistics

Bio: Jaime Miller began teaching at American University in Fall 2006 after completing separate master's degrees in Mathematics and Education. Her graduate research included work in the areas of Differential Geometry, Algebraic Geometry, and Mathematics Education. She is also one of the founders and directors of DC Math Circle, an enrichment program for students who enjoy learning about mathematics. Professor Miller teaches courses in the Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Science programs.
